To all new and existing clients,

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment with out giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

 

Appointments are confirmed 24 to 48 hours in advance, because I understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Credit card information will be asked to have on file. 

 

• Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

• "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

​

• Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, I ask that the client respectfully cancels within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.​​

• Multiple services not cancelled in advanced will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.​​​

​

• All services rendered are non refundable, please note that color is subjective and will vary depending on previous chemical history. If you are unhappy with the result of your hair we can talk about steps to move forward with attaining your hair/color goals.

These terms/policies allow me the time to inform stand by guest of any availability. As well as keeping my schedule filled. Thus better serving everyone. Policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele.
